Portfolio Overview
This dashboard is a portfolio of your organization and is designed to show the capital infrastructure at a glance. This is an interactive dashboard so that the clients can filter down to specific building/facility. There are different components here, each representing a section of your facility’s funds distributed or allocated to ongoing processes/operations. For example, the 10 Year Total shows the distribution of funds allocated to different asset types and departments of your organization.

The Facility Condition Index (FCI) is a metric used to measure the overall condition of a facility's assets and systems. It is calculated by comparing a building's total replacement cost to its total building cost. The FCI is used to assess the financial health of a building and to make informed decisions about investments in the building's infrastructure.

The Build Cost Per Square Foot is a value used to calculate the FCI. This value is based on national benchmarks and internal experience in talking with clients regarding the cost of building a new building. The value is used as the denominator in the FCI calculation and can be modified by the user to reflect the actual cost of building the facility.

The Analytics dashboard also includes a 10 Year Replacement Cost section which shows the total amount of investment needed to maintain the current deferred percentage for the facility over the next 10 years.

The dashboard also includes a Risk portfolio section showing the assets coming due for a useful life in the next 10 years and their associated risk scores.

There is a Preventative Maintenance Return on Investment section which shows the expected return on investment from performing recommended preventative maintenance on the facility's assets. This section allows users to scenario-plan their investments in preventing any unforeseen risks.
*Note: Make sure to correctly set up the project cost multipliers and other factors to get accurate statistics from the Analytics dashboard.
